The following rules are provided by OWC Kft. the cultured use of water sports and related services provided by the operator on Lake Omsk for all guests, the behavior of the Guests, safe and accident-free sports and pleasant recreation.
OWC Ltd. By using the water sports and related services provided by the operator on Lake Omsk, the Guest expressly accepts these regulations and acknowledges that he is obliged to comply with these regulations at all times and to use the services of the Operator with his knowledge.
These policies can also be found at the entrance gate, reception and catering unit within the complex.
Service area:
OWC Kft., As the operator (hereinafter: the Operator), is exclusively entitled to provide water sports activities and related other services on Lake Omszki (address: 2011 Budakalász, Omszk Park hrsz.1861 / 16). The services provided by the Operator can be used in a clearly visible part of Lake Omsk and its shores, surrounded by a row of buoys (hereinafter: the complex ).
Use of services:
The services provided by the Operator on Lake Omsk may be used by the users (hereinafter: the Guest ) only at their own risk and risk. The use of the ropeway and the ramps, teasers and sliders is a dangerous leisure activity that can be carried out by persons whose physical and mental abilities allow them to use the track and elements in accordance with the safety requirements specified by the Operator.
When entering with a daily ticket or a ticket for a lesson, 10 guests with a suitable and seasonal / half-season pass must fill in the Individual Liability Statement at the time of redemption, accepting the provisions of these regulations and acknowledging that the Operator monitors compliance with them.
Opening hours:
The services of the Operator’s sports and the related catering unit can only be used within the opening hours specified by the Operator for the entire complex. The opening hours of the complex are: Friday to Sunday in the pre- and post-season, every day of the week in the high season. The duration of the opening hours is adjusted to the season and the weather, about which the Operator notifies its guests via its Facebook page. Determining and changing the opening hours is the exclusive right of the Operator, together with the right to change the dates.
Receive groups:
Operator reserves the right to reserve 1-1 hours per day for groups when the use of the course is restricted. The Operator notifies its Guests about these events via its Facebook page. In the event of such events, the Operator shall not be liable for any damages due to limited track use.
Lessons and small group and personal trainings:
It provides training opportunities as well as training opportunities for experienced water athletes who have a season ticket. The Operator notifies its Guests about the dates of the lessons via the Facebook page of the Operator, or in case of interest, by phone, for which pre-registration is required.
Mandatory conditions for participation in study classes:
- pre-registration,
- redemption of a student ticket,
- only the lesson can be used with a student ticket,
- adequate level of swimming skills,
- Participation in training provided by the operator,
- compliance with track use and safety regulations, following operator’s instructions,
- use of a life jacket,
- safe and responsible use of leased equipment,
- the use of batteries placed on the water with rented equipment is prohibited,
- the use of elements placed on the water by own means is permitted only with the use of a helmet,
- the duration of the lesson is 60 minutes (from the whole to the whole), the Operator is entitled to change the time of the lesson.
Conditions for small group and personal trainings:
- redemption of season ticket,
- pre-registration,
- compliance with track use and safety regulations, following operator’s and coach’s instructions, accepting coach supervision,
- redemption of a separate training fee outside the season ticket,
- the training fee can only be used for small group or personal training, it cannot be combined with the other fee,
- the training fee must be paid at the same time as the training, at the beginning of the training.
Wearing an armband and card:
It is possible to enter and stay in the area of the complex only by wearing the armband or card received at the time of entry. An operator may at any time require a guest to present or wear an armband or card. In the absence of a wristband or card, the Operator is entitled to require the guest to leave the complex immediately.
For the Guest with a season ticket, the Operator provides a barcode card for the use of the course. With this card, the Guest has the opportunity to pay in the catering unit in case of pre-charging the card. The Guest acknowledges that the money loaded on the card will not be refunded if the Guest does not wish to purchase it at the catering unit, and given that the card is valid until the end of the season – 31 October. – holds, if the money loaded on the card is not used by this date, it will be lost. The guest is obliged to keep the barcode card, otherwise the course cannot be used. The fee for re-manufacturing the card – in case of loss – HUF 2,000. The card is personal and non-transferable.
The barcode card associated with the season ticket is valid for the entire season – April 1. from October 31 – or for the half-season – so July 1. from October 31 for the period up to Seasonal or half-season passes cannot be carried over to the next season. Except for an event in its own interest, the operator is not obliged to redeem the seasonal or semi-seasonal pass. If the Guest can prove with an official medical certificate that his / her state of health does not allow the use of a seasonal or half-season pass, the Operator may decide to redeem a proportionate part of the pass at its discretion.
Fees, season tickets:
Fees for the Operator’s services must be paid in advance upon entry. Season tickets can only be used within the validity period, and the value of unused occasions beyond the expiration date will not be refunded.
There is a charge for entering the complex and for using the sports facilities. It is the sole responsibility of the Operator to set and change the charges at any time.
A Guest without a ticket or with an invalid ticket may not be in the area of the complex, the Operator is entitled to remove these persons from the area of the complex.
To enter the complex, if the guest does not want to use the sports service but other services of the complex, a one-time entry fee is required at the same time as the entry.
The fee for the sports services can be used by paying a one-time fee, redeeming 10 suitable passes or season tickets. Guests are required to pay these fees in advance. The season ticket can be paid in one amount or in two installments.
Holders of seasonal passes are entitled to a 10% discount at the store operated by the Operator in the complex.
With hourly or daily tickets, the course can be used during opening hours.
In the case of an hourly or daily ticket, if it is not possible to use the course for reasons attributable to the Operator, the Operator must be informed about the possibilities of using the remaining time.
In the event of a reduction in service due to a technical error, the Operator reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion whether to apply a fee change.
Fees are payable in cash on site, credit card payments are not possible.
Use of services, mandatory rules for the use of the track:
The Guest may use the sports services at his own risk and risk, during which he is obliged to comply with the safety and usage requirements prescribed by the Operator, to accept the oral or written instructions of the Operator and to use the complex accordingly.
Sports facilities – such as water skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding – are only available to those who swim.
The Guest is entitled to use the sports equipment located in the complex as intended. The Guest is obliged to return the sports equipment used by him / her to the appropriate place designated for this purpose, or, if he / she picked it up at the reception, to return it to the same place upon departure. In the event of damage to or loss of these assets, the Guest shall be financially liable to the Operator.
An infectious patient who is incapacitated, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or not allowed into the community, is not allowed to visit the complex. Pregnant women can use the services of the complex only at their own risk. Medication, any disease, as well as alcohol and drugs. or under the influence of any intoxicating drug, the use of the track is expressly prohibited.
Upon the instruction of the Operator, after 3 laps, the guest is obliged to interrupt the use of the course and to transfer the use to another Guest. If the bagpipe is uttered, this 3-round rule will take effect, even without a separate Operator’s Instruction.
The guest is obliged to wear a life jacket and a helmet when using the batteries.
Do not use batteries with metal nails.
It is forbidden to catch the empty rope. You must swim out from under the rope, paying attention to what is going on behind the Guest.
The use of batteries placed on the water with rented equipment is prohibited.
The Guest is obliged to acknowledge that the sliding order depends on the place in the queue, he is not obliged to give preference to the Operating Guest.
Intrusion on the pier is prohibited, violation of this will result in a 3-day ban from using the course.
Tandem sliding is only possible with the permission and supervision of the Operator. If the Operator is unable to supervise the tandem slip, it is strictly prohibited.
It is forbidden to disturb other guests during the exercises. The sport requires a lot of concentration and losing concentration can result in an accident. It is forbidden to use the track endangering the life, physical integrity or property of the Operator. Violation of this rule may result in the most severe consequences (prohibition).
It is extremely dangerous to pull on the track and it is strictly forbidden. Multiple occurrences will result in a ban.
The guest acknowledges that the equipment rented from the Operator must be returned to the storage racks provided for this purpose after use. A guest with a seasonal pass has the opportunity to place his / her equipment in the seasonal storage room. If the Guest with a seasonal pass wants to use the storage option, he is obliged to place his devices in the seasonal storage after use.
A guest with a seasonal pass can only store his / her current sports equipment in the seasonal storage, the storage of other clothing is strictly prohibited. In no event shall the operator be liable for the equipment stored in the seasonal storage facility. Until the end of the season – October 31 of each year. – the Guest is obliged to take his / her sports equipment out of the seasonal storage. If the Guest does not fulfill this obligation, he is obliged to pay a storage fee to the Operator. If the sports equipment is not taken away after 6 months, the Operator is entitled to destroy it.
Guests have the opportunity to store their personal documents and larger valuables in the safe. Objects found in the area of the complex must be handed over to the Operator.
The fee for the loss of the locker room and the safe deposit box: HUF 2,000.
The shower can only be used for cleaning after sports. Any other use is prohibited.
You can dress up in the designated cabins. The Guest is obliged to refrain from the behaviors that are disturbing or inappropriate for the other Guests.
The use of the sauna is only allowed for those who take part in sports activities in the complex. The sauna should not be used in neoprene clothing.
Slippers are mandatory in the locker room and shower room, as well as in the sauna lobby.
Only the designated part of Lake Omsk can be used for bathing. in this case, too, the ability to swim is expected. Those who do not swim, or who are poorly able to swim, can only use the part of Lake Omsk designated for swimming under the supervision of a swimmer. Fishing is prohibited in the designated bathing season during the bathing season.
The Guest is obliged to report any extraordinary incident in the area of the complex to the Operator without delay. Any event or circumstance that significantly endangers the life or physical integrity of the persons in the complex, or leads to serious consequences or threatens to the actual property of the complex, or causes serious disturbance in the operation of the complex, is considered an extraordinary event. The following in particular are considered to be extraordinary events:
- fire, explosion,
- threat of explosion,
- a criminal offense committed by or against a staff member or guest of the Operator;
- intentional or violent interference with or attempt to act against the complex as a facility, its equipment or facilities;
- accidents resulting in death or serious injury;
- extraordinary power outage;
- elemental damage.
If an extraordinary event is detected, the Operator or the competent authorities must be notified immediately by the following telephone contacts:

It is forbidden to bring or keep animals in the area of the complex.
All hazardous substances (infectious, toxic, flammable, explosive, corrosive, irritating or otherwise harmful dust, gas, vapor, mist or radiation), weapons, stabbing or cutting devices, or any other intake of a substance considered to be dangerous, drugs, non-narcotic substances, alcohol.
It is forbidden to litter, throw stones or pollute the environment in the area of the complex.
The use of open flames in the complex is strictly forbidden, smoking is allowed only in the designated area.
Outside the opening hours of the complex, the use of the complex is strictly prohibited.
If justified by the weather conditions, the Operator is entitled to prohibit the use of the track and to operate the complex differently from the official opening hours.
All activities in the area of the complex that are outside the scope of the Operator’s service activities, are against the law or violate public morality, as well as all activities that disturb others with strong noise, odor or other environmental damage are prohibited.
Commercial activities, barter, currency exchange, sale, advertising, propaganda (placement of billboards, stop signs, wall stickers and leaflets), distribution of souvenirs and product samples promoting commercial activities, sale of consumer goods for any business purpose, insurance agency activities are prohibited in the area of the complex without the permission of the Operator. or securities trading, illicit gambling, music services.
If the Operator prepares or makes advertising material (motion picture or photo recording) for the purpose of presenting or promoting its activity or service in the area of the complex, the Guest staying there automatically consents to the making of a picture and sound recording and the fact that it is made in this way. The recordings shall be made public by the Operator and shall be used in any way, without any limitation in time or space, covering all uses.
By participating in the venue, the Guest agrees that the audiovisual works and recordings made at the event will be used indefinitely in space and time, including the Szjt. 18-29. §§ 64-66; 72-74; § all included uses. In this context, the Operator has the right to make the recordings available to the public in any way, including making the recordings available in full or in part to the public by wire or otherwise in such a way that the members of the public individually choose the place and time of access. . The license for use also covers the transfer and assignment of the property use rights acquired here in their entirety. The guests staying at the event are not entitled to any special consideration for the consent specified here, they do not explicitly waive it by participating in the venue.
The operator keeps a record of the Guest using his sports services. By providing your data, the Guest consents to the recording of his / her personal data for this purpose. If the Guest requests the termination of the data processing or its deletion from the register, the Data Operator is obliged to comply with the protest, in which case the Operator, as the Data Controller, is entitled to refuse to use the services provided by him. The Operator is entitled to refuse the services concerned to the Guest who refuses to provide the required data in part or in full.
The Data Controller, as the data controller, warrants that the data of the Guest using its sports services are used exclusively for the purpose of identifying and verifying the right of the Guest and keeping the necessary data records, based on the Guest ‘s consent. year CXII. in full compliance with the relevant provisions of the Act for a period of 2 years from the provision of the data. Upon expiry of the data processing period and within 30 days after receipt of the request for deletion of the data, the data controller Operator shall delete the personal data from its register. Upon request, the data controller Operator shall provide information on the handling of the data at any time, and the Guest may request their correction or deletion at the following addresses: OWC Kft. The Guest has the right to object to the processing of his / her personal data. If you do not agree with the data controller’s decision based on your protest, you can apply to a court or the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority.
The Operator is entitled to request the Guest’s ID cards for data reconciliation in order to verify the correctness of the personal data.
The Guest may make his / her remarks and complaints to the Operator orally or in writing in the Guest Book placed in an accessible place.
In case of accidents
There is a suitably equipped room in the complex for the provision of first aid to guests who have had an accident in the area of the complex. In case of any accident, the Operator is obliged to keep an accident report.
The Operator shall not be liable for any accidents occurring in the area of the complex, which can be traced back to the violation of these regulations and the written or oral instructions of the Operator.
Special requirements for minors
A minor who is 18 he has not reached the age of one.
For the first time, a minor may use the sports services provided by the Operator only in the presence of his / her legal representative, which may be waived with the permission of the Operator. The legal representative is obliged to prove his / her identity with an official document.
Use of water sports services under the age of 18 requires written parental consent.
A minor may use the sports services provided by the Operator only and exclusively under supervision, and may not use the course without supervision. The guest acknowledges that the Operator – with the exception of the summer camps organized by him / her – does not provide supervision for minors, even if he / she does not expressly object to leaving the minor unattended.
The operator has the right to ban an unaccompanied minor from the area of the complex by handing it over to the legal representative.
The operator shall not be liable in the event of an accident involving a minor, in particular if the minor has been left unattended.
Under the age of 8, the use of the track is only possible after prior consultation with the Operator.
For the first time under the age of 18, water sports can only be used with an instructor during a lesson.
Over the age of 14, water sports services can be used with an hourly or daily ticket, with parental supervision, in which case there is no additional obligation regarding the use of the ticket.
Under the age of 16, it is possible to buy a season ticket if at least one parent has a season ticket and they are doing sports together. In which case there is no additional restriction on the use of tenants. The only exception to this rule is the following provision.
Between the ages of 14 and 16, in the case of buying a seasonal pass that can be used freely, water sports services can be used without parental supervision, based on individual assessment, with the consent of the coach.
Under the age of 16, the so-called It is also possible to redeem a children’s pass, in which case water sports services can be used without parental supervision, however, the use of this pass is only possible during the following periods:
Mon-Thu-Sat-Sun training + 2 hour ticket / week /
Training times are set in a closed Facebook group.
It is a requirement to be a registered member of the Hungarian Water and Wakeboard Association.
A sports medicine examination is required to start the competitions
The Operator also provides the opportunity for minors to participate in training, even without purchasing a season ticket, in which case payment of an hourly ticket and coaching fee is mandatory.
Legal consequences
If the Guest violates the provisions of these rules and the generally accepted rules of conduct, as well as the verbal and written instructions of the Operator, the Operator shall warn the offender and call for the cessation of the offending behavior. In the event of the failure of the warning, or in the event of a serious breach of the rules without warning, the Operator is entitled to call the guest to leave or to exclude the Guest with a lease from its membership – temporarily or permanently. In cases exceeding the Operator’s right to take action, the Operator is entitled to request the assistance of the police or other official organization, who must co-operate according to the instructions of all concerned. The expelled non-compliant guest may not make any claim or compensation against the Operator.
These rules also apply to guests with 10 suitable or seasonal passes.
The Operator is entitled to enforce compliance with these regulations and its instructions from the Guest, from the Guest who refuses to comply with the rules or contrary to the will of the Operator, all services may be refused and may be removed from the complex.
Any intentional or grossly negligent damage to the area of the complex will result in liability.
The operator shall not be liable for any damage to persons or property caused by non-compliance with these regulations or the generally expected rules of conduct or by the conduct of the guests. Furthermore, it is not responsible for lost or stolen items or equipment in the locker room and throughout the complex. The guest is responsible for any damage or damage resulting from the loss or theft of clothing or valuables brought into the area of the complex. The operator does not take any responsibility for accidents resulting from the improper use of the equipment (showers, hair dryers)
Entry into force
These regulations are 2015. April 1. It shall enter into force on the day of its entry into force and shall remain in force until revoked.
